A wonderful dental practice providing excellent dental care, from the warm welcome at reception to the highly qualified dentists.Firstly Dr Ali Naher thoroughly investigated my clenching and provided me with a guard that fits perfectly as it was developed based on a digital replica of my jaw. Not only has the tension been relieved but my sleep quality too. Furthermore the pricing is far more favourable in comparison to the German and UAE market, with the guard having been prepared efficiently in a very short period of time.As for Dr. Safa Al Naher, or as I like to call her- the Huda Beauty of Aesthetics and Dentistry. My focus was my lip insecurity to which she gave me a detailed explanation of the options and gave me a personalised recommendation, which I fully trust. She actively listened to my concerns and addressed them fantastically. Additionally her skincare consultation provided medical-grade solutions that I confidently recommend to anyone, including my family and friends.

I booked an emergency appointment with the clinic, I was seen within an hour with Dr Ali. He was not only amazing at his craftsmanship and his job, he was kind, welcoming and empathetic and fully explained the whole process. Julia at reception was also really accommodating and helpful. From start to finish, the experience at Serene dental was amazing. Really recommend to everyone, especially if you’re booking in with Dr Ali.

Very happy and dentist and assistant was very nice!! So sorry,i forgot to mention the 2 girls on reception were also very polite, nice and friendly!! Funny how after questions how i was charged £280 for no work,reception staff went from nice to being funny with me.Guess it's just Balken people showing true colours, only happy when they're taking money.

Thank you for seeing me during my pilot flight layover. Would recommend your firm to all crews as an approved facility on layovers if dental service is required. Happy to know from yourself being one who also not a fan of dental treatment. Personally, without the Gas (Nitrous Oxide Gas) inhalation sedation in your EDT program couldn’t do todays fillings or for cleanings. One in lower right remove and replace an amalgam filling and the more deeper one upper left with both being in the Wisdom teeth. Not exactly how I planned to enjoy a layover here in London. Happy to have been able to take care of something personal that had to be done. Thank you.

Can’t thank everyone enough! Everyone has been so kind and understanding, I have always been so nervous to see dentists and my fear has completely gone! I had originally gone to just get bonding, but upon assessment they had noticed one of my fillings needed to be replaced. I was terrified, but they made me so calm it was the best experience I could have ever have wished for.
