WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR DERMAL FILLERS IN KNIGHTSBRIDGE?

Are there any side effects to having dermal fillers?

Many patients experience some redness and slight bruising after having the dermal fillers, but this is from where the needle enters the skin rather than a side effect to the dermal filler itself. Any allergic reaction to dermal fillers is extremely rare.

How long do dermal fillers last for?

On average, most patients will need another course of dermal fillers after 4-6 months. Lip treatments should last longer. Repeat treatments have been known to have a longer lasting effect

Can I go back to work immediately after having dermal fillers?

Yes, as long as your face doesn’t feel sore, you can carry on with your usual routines. We recommend no vigorous exercise within 4 hours of having the treatment. During this time, you should also avoid lying flat and drinking excessive amounts of alcohol. If you have had dermal fillers administered to your lips, you should avoid hot drinks for a few hours too.
